[Constance takes her glass with her, setting it down on a side table, then sitting down on the couch. She runs a hand back through her hair, but it doesn't do very much to tame it. Then, Constance lets out a long sigh, patting a spot a little closer to her than most would consider appropriate. She waits for him to take it, moving in closer still. He'll be able to tell by the way she carries herself that she's certainly relaxed, but she's far from drunk.]
I don't think we were nearly so bad when we were their age...but then again, we never really got the chance to get up to much, between my mum and your pa.
