GOOD NEWS, EVERYONE!
IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT TODAY IS MISS NEPETA VANTAS-LEIJON'S 14TH BIRTHDAY AND IT WOULD BE LOVELY IF SHE GOT A FEW 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY'S FROM HER FRIENDS.
NOT EVERY DAY A GIRL TURNS 14 AFTER ALL!

IN LESS IMPORTANT NEWS, I RECEIVED AN OWL FROM THE HEADMASTER A FEW DAYS AGO.
PROFESSOR LEIJON-VANTAS AND I HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO BE HEADS OF HUFFLEPUFF AND GRYFFINDOR RESPECTIVELY.
THE SCHOOL YEAR HASN'T EVEN STARTED YET AD IT'S ALREADY SHAPING UP TO BE AN INTERESTING ONE.

I hope today is really great! I know, right? My mum kind of got upset and restricted me from using my journal too much. But I'm really looking forward to fall term. I've been practicing Quidditch a lot, and I think I'm going to try out for Ravenclaw's team! I'm a little nervous, but a lot excited. c:
