I see, so you must be the brother he talks about. The resemblance is striking, I'm surprised I didn't see it earlier. However, I didn't realize that I was being a "show off". I simply study more than I probably should and the professors tend to call on me more than I would like. I have a feeling that I am not very well liked because of that.

...Talks about? What does he even say? My brother sure at least likes you and so do some of the other girls in class. I don't see what's so fucking special though.

Well, he mentioned something about an older brother a few times and said that he hoped you wouldn't be mad at him for talking to me. I told him that I was sure you would be a reasonable man. Girls...? There are girls in the class who like me? Mm...anyhow, I suppose you're right. I am myself, no more, no less. So I don't exactly stand out.

Ugh yes they're so annoying! The squeal and fawn over you and I swear to God I can hardly hear the professor sometimes over them. They're super into buff, blonde men.

He can be a handful sometimes. You must have abnormal patience.

Are they? I've never noticed them; as you can most likely tell. And I apologize on their behalf for disrupting your learning environment. Although, I can't quite help the way I look, so even if I asked them to stop, I doubt it would do any good. Women can be persistent if they so desire.

Ugh they're so damn screechy, I wish there were more pretty, not stupid girls in our year.

Ergh...this is why I don't get involved with them. However, I'm sure they'll grow up to be fine young ladies, they're just at that age where they have strange attractions.

Well there are some pretty stupid adults so not everyone grows up to be fine, obviously.

Just look at some of the teachers we have here, Jesus.

That is true, there are also strange people who work for the Ministry. I don't see what anyone's blood has to do with what their status is in society. Magic is magic and if someone is lucky enough to posses the ability, they should not be barred from it.

All of my brothers friends are usually either really annoying, crazy, or complete douchebags.

Hmm...that is a problem, isn't it? I don't blame you for assuming that of me, if that's the case. My own brother has his share of...um...interesting friends. I do hope that you will see me in a better light once we get to know each other better.

Is that a bad thing? I know Gilbert can be wild on occasion, but he means well.

On occasion? I swear my Potions class got extra homework because of his antics at least twice a month last year because of the shit he would pull!

I'll have to talk to him, then. He gets bored easily, I'm afraid and he tends to wander off, which tends to get other people in trouble as well.

Gilbert has always been that way, unfortunately. Perhaps I'm used to it because we've always been close to each other?
