The dorms seem so much quieter now that all the Gryffindor's have moved out. Do things like that happen often? It was... loud, but everyone seemed to be having fun. It was nice to watch.

I suppose everyone's busy with homework aren't they...

I'm glad you had fun too. I guess had everyone disliked it it would have made the week much harder to go through.

You're welcome! Perhaps one day the Hufflepuffs will be able to see the Gryffindor dorms.

I am still trying to finish my homework. Wizard school is very different from Muggle school.

Mm, yes it is. Though I think I like it better here. People seem more accepting.

People here are friendly, but some of them are scary. I am happy to be here though. I like learning Magic, especially Charms.

Mmm, but I think that could be said for any school... There can be scary people anywhere. And yes, Charms is very interesting, though I also like Defence Against the Dark Arts.

I am slightly afraid of Defence Against the Dark Arts. There are a lot of spells that can cause harm. I hope we can learn spells that protect instead.

I think that will be our focus... after all, it is defence not offence.

That would be good. I hope to be able to protect and help others with my magic. Will they teach us how to deal with wounds as well?
