Well, it's...blue! And it tastes salty yet sweet. It's sort of a specialty in Shetland...like paopu fruits and all that.

I don't know all that much about Shetland... do you have a book about it?

...The Wizarding culture of Shetland or Shetland in general? Because the Wizarding community there is pretty tiny...and relies on shipments and tourism a lot. I could probably just tell you all about it. Shetland in general maybe could be found in a book on Scotland.

But I think it's better if you just...go there!
