He's rather small, da yes? He looks very strange for owl, easy to pick out. He's small and black, and he's missing feathers in some spots. I promise he is healthy! He is an owl from mountains in Romania.

If you see him, please come find me and tell me! I have mail I would like to send, it's very inconsiderate of him to hide away.
