3 Sad, Sad Stories

[ooc: Looks like Graham was experimenting with using part of a journal page as a day planner with... decidedly mixed results. No filters, so everyone can see his opinion of the upcoming match.]

In any case, I like what you've done with your day planner.

... which is sounding pretty great! Damn! I just made myself more interested in Divination!
Sadly, I don't think I have it in me to stick to this planner stuff. It was an idle experiment and frankly it is just terrible. Writing down plans sets them in stone, and that'll just send me into another terrible, terrible tangle with thoughts of predetermination! SO RESTRICTING!

So! Rest assured, my only qualms with your team is how brutally brutally BRUTALLY you all beat down Gryffindor last match, and even then, EVEN THEN, there is some level of exquisite beauty in such a tragic, horrible defeat! It moves the heart, ripping it apart elegantly, the way an artist stabs at a block of marble with his painfully sharp chisel!!

And you are quite joyous about this for someone rooting for the losing team.

What d'you think? Is it a glorious and fantastic success?

For a long time I've thought these journal are just not NEARLY adequate enough to hold all my thoughts! If my thoughts keep coming and coming and I need, absolutely positively NEED to get them written down as I am sometimes wont to do, I must face the terrible truth that page space is a limited resource! And then I am left, hopelessly and woefully bereft of space, with all these bottled-up thoughts bubbling and bubbling away! HOW DO YOU EVEN SOLVE THAT KINDA PROBLEM?!
Ohhh but then I'm blaming others, right? I'm not accepting my own role in this, am I? For in this instance, at least, I'm at fault for drawing out the parameters of my planner experiment. How self-defeating, what immense self-hatred, does this imply masochistic tendencies?!

...Although that would be difficult to carry. Aha! Perhaps a charm that makes your font smaller? Not so small that you cannot read it, of course. That would not help!
Perhaps you could be more concise?

Now that sounds like a challenge! See, challenges I like. Challenges I understand. Challenges are what jolt me awake from wherever I fell asleep and keep me going, going, going until my body gives up for another night of knocked-out slumber! If I even do have a night of knocked-out slumber at all! That doesn't always happen.
Buuuuut I'm a visual learner, y'know? I've gotta see things done right in front of me - of even better, do it myself - to believe in the reality of it. I can't just hear pretty little words with no back-up! So, the burden's on Hufflepuff to prove me wrong and be interesting. Nooooow, can you guys even do it?
[Voice]
Of course we can, I'm sure of it. You'll be surprised at what we can do when we work together!
