That time of year again, huh? Yule Ball, Christmas, New Years... but I don't even know where my dress robes are now.
I mean, they used to be at the bottom of my trunk, but I think I took them out to make a nest for my cat. whoops

But uh, anyways--
Is anybody getting anything for their family for Christmas? cause I got noooo idea what to get my family.
At all.
Between studying and now Quidditch, I haven't even thought about it until now.

Maybe its different here, but all school dances ever meant was one more awkward place where I had to sit in a corner and listen to really bad old music for three hours while the teachers got drunk by the punch bowl.

...Also, I really don't want to have to write home to mum and dad and explain to them I need fancy wizard robes.

They actually get really good bands to come in for the dances at Hogwarts, so I've gotta say that my experiences with school dances have all been on the positive side.

Maybe there's someone with some spare robes? Or if I find my old ones, we could ask Mabel to tailor them for you.

you dont have to dance to go to a dance! dippers doesnt dance as well as i do but he still tags along!! its all about the experience and having fun with friends
