[Jerks head up and stares hard.] What?

[He licks his lips slowly.]

It was better.

I mean, I don't know if it was because I had something or that Herbert's just really awkward, or that you're jus- You know your lips are really soft, right. And well ever since I kissed you before the New Year, I keep thinking about it and how I want to do it all the time. And...

[He looks at Bruce as he realises that he stopped trying to talk to Bruce so much as think out loud at him.]

What was the question?

[Just. Stares. Cheeks a bit pink. Looking a bit hopeful.]

Tony, do you... like me?

[arrogantalloy]

Uh, well. Like? Well yeah, of course you're my best friend. It would be kind of weird if I didn't like you, I mean, I'm sure that there are people who claim to be best friends with people, but are lying about it. though three years is a lot of effort to keep up a lie. And that would get really boring and tedious after a while.

[He continues to ramble on. His eyes focusing on various things in the wardrobe, including Bruce, his face, and his lips. Not that he rambles at times he feels awkward and unsure.]

[Brow raising at Tony's rambling. Finally cuts in:]

Do you like me in a way that makes you want to kiss me?

[arrogantalloy]

[Tony looks at him, and in the middle of one sentence, he says the following, almost as if it was part of the original sentence.]

Would I keep sleeping in your bed after New Years Eve if I didn't?

[His cheeks to are now slightly pink. But having been interviewed more than a few times he has an easier time looking less than obvious about it.]

[Staaaaaaaaaares and cheeks start burning and he lowers his eyes, almost ready to start grinning like a loon but he's not going to do that. His head's aching something fierce after the surprise at Tony's confession to loving Herbert and then the chase and then the rescinding of the confession and then this-]

Let's... talk about this tomorrow. Yeah? [Runs hand over face.]

[arrogantalloy]

Tomorrow? Talk about what tomorrow?

[Tony feels like he's just missed a step somewhere. Not actually making the connection that his confessing would actually lead to anything else, especially seeing as only half an hour ago, Tony was sure Bruce wasn't into him the same way he was.]

Exactly. [Shakes head and runs a hand over his face.]

My head hurts.

[arrogantalloy]

There's advil in my side table. We can go get it?

[greenmoonrising]

I just want to sleep. You're not going to drag me to dinner, right?

[arrogantalloy]

[He gives him a cautious look.]

Do I still get to sleep in your bed?

[greenmoonrising]

You can even kiss me in the morning if you want. [Rolls eyes, ignoring how pink his cheeks are as he clambers out of the wardrobe.]

[He breaks out into a stupid grin, and nods.]

You don't have to come to dinner. I'll bring a few rolls back though. In case.

Okay.

No kissing Herbert. [Dusts off bum, ignoring Tony's grin.]

[arrogantalloy]

[He gestures to his lips.]

For Bruce Banner only.

[He's 14 and has practically scored himself a boyfriend, he can't help but be a real dork right now.]

[Smiles at that.]

Exactly.

[Cheeks still bright pink, shoulders his bag properly.] C'mon, you promised me advil.

[arrogantalloy]

[The exactly only makes him grin more.]

Sure let's go.

[He gestures to the door and starts to head for it. Looking almost like an excited puppy]

[Just smiles at Tony's eagerness and follows at a more sedately manner, running a hand through his hair as he feels his headache build.]

[arrogantalloy]

[When Tony walks out of the class room, he looks over his should to make sure Bruce was following, then stalls for a moment so he can walk beside Bruce all the way to their room.]

If there could be a song playing in the bg, it'd be Walking on Sunshine

[Blinks when Tony stalls and smiles, ducking his head and continuing to walk to their dorms.]

And it would be a beautiful scene for a movie!

[Tony gives the answer to the riddle without an real thought and walks with Bruce up to their room. After rooting around in his top drawer to no avail, he soon finds the box of advil under his pillow then brings the packet over.]

It's the faster acting one. The normal one's don't really do much for me.

[Sits on his bed, watching Tony get the pills and accepting them with a smile.] Thanks - and that's because you're a junkie.

[Swallows down with bedside glass of water.]

You going down to dinner?

[He looks surprised for a second as he's called a junkie then smirks.]

I just have a lot of suffering to contain.

[He skuffs his shoe for a moment.]

If you want to be alone, I can, yeah.
