Sorry if I've been short or distant to anyone lately. I've just kinda wanted some time to myself and that's pretty hard to do around here.

The good news is that in my self imposed exile, I've come up with a few new songs that I'm kind of excited about. That's something I guess.

I wish there was a way to get Muggle publications sent here. I'd like to get a subscription to Rolling Stone magazine. I always feel so behind on music when I go back home. By the time I feel like I've caught up during holidays it's time to come back here again.

It's actually not terribly difficult to get Muggle publications at school. You can either have them sent to Hogsmeade, and pick them up on weekends we can go there, or have them sent to a relative or friend, who can then owl them to you.

Oh really? I didn't know you could send them to Hogsmeade. I think that option would be the best..less hassel for everyone.

No more than usual for me. I like to listen to music when I'm doing other things. If it's too quiet then my mind starts wandering.

Oh, it's just a name Thor. It's actually a music magazine Muggles read and there's a band that goes by that name too. The Rolling Stones.

So there is no particular reason for the name? It simply is what it is? How odd.

Well, I think it's a saying on its own too but I'm not quite sure what it means. Ill have to check it out over holiday.

You will have to get back to me on that! I am quite curious as to what it could be referring to.

Ehh not really..nature and all that. They don't sing about it specifically..I think its mostly used as a metaphor.

Plenty of rocks sing, don't be absurd!

I suppose we shall have to research what the metaphor stands for, I cannot even imagine.
