So, after reading through the journals network, I have reached one conclusion.

... I have no idea what's going on. I mean, I know what's happening now, but I'm missing so much context I may as well know nothing.

So, if anyone would be so kind as to give me some cliff notes, I'd really appreciate it.

That's France, isn't it? Funny. I was talking about France only last week. It must be quite the change to come here.

I admit I've only ever read about Beauxbatons. What can you tell me about it?

Aha, well played. Mm.. I suppose your students aren't divided up in the same way that ours are?

No, the Houses are a new thing for me. The doorms are split by gender, and that's it. Students are still split into difference classes though.

Lestrade? I'm not sure I've seen him, but he replied to my post on the journal.

He's a good guy. Puts his foot in his mouth at times, but don't hold it against him.

I'll keep that in mind.
