[This is slightly awkward, just... slightly. There's a lot of inkblots and scratched out words to the point of where the whole beginning isn't readable. But she finally finds her words.]

Um. With all the weird things that are going on around here has anyone happened to have... like, the clothing they're wearing be changed? I know I didn't put on what I'm wearing today and that's really kind of disturbing that it happened without my knowledge. There's absolutely no way this could have happened, mind you.

Onto another topic, then, to make this... less awkward. With a lot of us coming from different countries and cultures, what kind of cultural things are different for you compared to other people around here? I know it's been a weird experience for me to get used to all the different things, considering it's not just the fact I'm from a different country but one part of my family are part of a distinct different culture. Even though we don't... really practice or adhere to it all the time, it's easier dad says.

Call me curious.

[Next part is specifically written in Polish, a little wonky but it's done for good reason instead of having to write on something else.]

Feliks. I got a letter today from home and you won't believe this but apparently one of the families from father's clan was asking about me. I'm really hoping it's not an attempt to ask what I think they want to ask.

Funny that you should ask.

A strapless dress appeared on me in the middle of Political Magic. And stilettos.

I was excused and given a spare robe to cover myself on my way back to my dormitory but I must have fallen three times with the shoes before I decided to take them off and run barefoot. I'm soaking my feet right now.

I hope you had better luck. And I'm assuming we're already familiar with each other's cultural situations. The sarcasm here is a bit different but it didn't take long to adjust.

[His reply will be in Polish. The perks of bilinguality.]

What you think some guy in their family has like, the hotty hot hots for you?

considering my family is a very different and distinct culture as well i can relate to this
and we are supposed to be moving away from the old ways ourselves but that is not always easy yes?
it feels as though no one here knows how to mind theyre own business and that they are constantly playing the white knight for one another
the adults are overprotective yet they lack the will to enforce there authority and those who DO are considered to be instantly evil
it feels very inconsistent and hard to follow
