I have been... not myself lately, yes? I have not been sleeping well. In lieu of upcoming quidditch match, I would like assistance in the methods you all use for calming down and getting a restful night's sleep.
Is there some sort of potion, maybe? Or if not potion, maybe some sort of drink or technique that I could use? I have tried warm milk, counting sheep... but that just frustrates me. Your assistance would be much appreciated!

Sleep issues aside, are you alright Vlad? You seem a little...well, not yourself these past few days. Is it just Quidditch? Because you do realise that you're a fantastic Keeper right?

Thank you for the compliment, if eases my mind from the coming game. I do not know if my worries are because of that, though. I just don't know.
