I've already seen at least five people mention Valentine's Day.

Did you know there's no actual proof linking Saint Valentine of Rome or of Terni to romantic notions? It's all legend. Probably not even true.

Why do people care about this holiday?

I don't have much of a personal investment in it. I suppose it's nice for others though.

A little bit of noise is okay. I like listening to the wireless sometimes. It's rowdiness that I can't deal with.

Personally, I find rowdiness fun as long as nothing gets broken -- physical objects or rules.
