That's a very interesting question. I don't think I would go back to change anything, given the chance. After all, there's no way of really knowing if you'd be able to fix whatever it is that you were trying to fix and in the process, you do run the risk of changing any number of things that you weren't intending to change.

I've been thinking about what happened a week ago. Everyone knew what their past was but...I couldn't help but wonder about mine.

I suppose it might. But any changes you might make have the potential to make things drastically better or drastically worse, so I think it would be best to leave things as they are.

And do you think that's why you weren't affected by what happened to the rest of us? That is possible! The castle could have been drawing from our memories in order to revert us to our past selves and if that' was the case, it certainly wouldn't have worked on you. When you think on it, you demonstrated a rather exceptional defense mechanism!

That is true but no matter what, I'm still determined to find out what happened. I don't want anything to be hidden from me...not even the castle.

So sad that it's strangely, nostalgically beautiful and allows me to focus on the joys of this merry holiday season! Yeah, with Quidditch out of the way, I can think about something else! It's the most wonderful time of the year!! How about you - does this month fill you with as much happiness as it does me?

A little bit, it's nice to see everyone happy and getting gifts. Not to mention the snow is pretty on trees. So it's nice to see everything so relaxed.

Whoever said this is the merriest season, that this is the best time of the year, is a liar! The filthiest of no-good, rotten, heartless liars!! The very worst!

Yeah yeah yeah, I dunno how this season came to get such a great reputation. Just LOOK at it! The trees are dead and covered in rain that doesn't even have the decency to be actual liquid! People open up colorful and elaborately wrapped presents to find PLAIN WHITE SOCKS! Christmas is a trick, a trick to fool people into not seeing how awful the season really is!

I didn't say it has to be the merriest time of the year but it is rather nice. I don't mind spending it with my friends and spending time together.

If you think it is a trick, then what you think Christmas really?

I would say yes, but that might negate all the of the things that happened to you that would cause growth in your personal character for better or worse.

Without bad things in life how would you recoginze the good things right?

Even if those bad things are things you want to forget all together?

[Not that living with Shinra and his dad wasn't and she is thankful. There's just a part of her that always wonders what her past was like before meeting them. Although, she was starting to wonder if those 'bad' things are something she would rather forget...]

Even the bad things. There are plenty of things that I'd like to forget but if they'd have never happened I wouldn't have met some of the people that I care about the most today.
So..even bad things can have their place in a way.
