So the end of one pointless Holiday only brings another along soon after. Does anyone want to enlighten me as to what the point of easter even is? All it looks to me is the worship of eggs and some sort of sentient rabbit god. What would possess anyone to worship a rabbit? And how are eggs related to this at all?

The rabbits and eggs have little to do with Easter; they're leftover trappings from the pagan fertility celebration that preceded it.

Easter is the Christian celebration of when Jesus, the son of God, was crucified for the sins on man, and rose from the dead to grant our forgiveness.

Grant our forgiveness? What what he even forgiving, exactly? And the idea of anyone rising from the dead is completely idiotic. Even if this Jesus person was a wizard, there's no way he could have that kind of power.

Our sins. Our misdeeds. Everything humans have done in the world to hurt and to cause pain. He came to forgive it all.

Jesus was not a wizard; he was the son of God. An all-powerful being made flesh.
