Easter was sooo boring.
Dad decided he was going to try out a new recipe: lamb loaf. Unfortunately he left it in the oven for way too long and it dried out. I mean, it really dried out. It was like chewing on a piece of leather. Mom just kind of sighed and we ended up fixing a couple of pizzas. Dad wasn't too happy but I tried to make it holiday appropriate by making the pizzas in the shape of eggs and putting the topping on to make it look like an Easter egg. He cheered up a little bit after that.
At least the vegetables and coconut cake were good.

Funny, that's exactly what I was thinking when Dad announced it for dinner.
Apparently it's like meat loaf but made with lamb and some green looking sauce on top.
The pizzas were a MUCH better choice.

My Dad thinks he's this great chef. He loves to watch all those stupid cooking shows.

The worst part? My Mom is a lousy cook too so I'm kind hosed in the food department when I'm home.
