You know, I don't get why most of the time, we just wait around for the faculty to hand us a social event. I'm not blaming the staff; it's not like there's anything they'd care about going on. But we students have exams approaching, and I think we could use one last hurrah before we bury ourselves in books. Maybe if we do all the planning and set-up, we can even get the headmaster to let us use the Great Hall or something. That way we're not just all cramming into an empty classroom.
So? Is anyone with me on this? I'll accept help from anyone on most things, but those interested in decorations or music will be judged with merciless scrutiny.

Hmm...maybe it could be like a masquerade? I'm more familiar with those types of parties.

We should make our masks together.

Feferi, that little Third Year girl with the hair? She offered to talk to the House Elves about refreshments. And I stopped Professor Strider from decorating with his creepy puppets. It came at a price, but I did what I had to do.

Oh! Feferi is a dear, I'm sure she'll be able to convince them :)

She is indeed a dear.
Now, music is going to be a problem. I don't know what Wizarding music is worth dancing to, and to be perfectly honest, I'm not sure I want to hire any of the school bands.

Well, I'm with you there. Some of the school bands are...less than pleasant on the ears. I'm always willing to perform of course.

I love your guitar-playing, Denley, but I do think music for a party should have more than one instrument...
Although I guess we have no choice. Damn the school's anti-electronics policy.
I'll play piano, too, if we can get one where we're having the party. And maybe Jude can play her guitar. Gryffindor or not, she's talented.

Now, about these masks...

After all, no sense in sitting back and relaxing when there's work to be done~

And yes, so true! I'll pick some piano selections worth dancing to.
