I don't think we've studied Amortentia yet, but it contains wormwood, so I would guess that it's used to stimulate delusions. And since it also includes bile, it probably affects it subject on a visceral level. Aconite is primarily a venom, but smaller doses can be used to relieve pain, so it might have a pleasurable effect.
