(Hehehe) Apparently I missed quite the brouhaha! Mum and I have been skimming over what we missed. And I must say, really, the things some people talk about in public forums! Shocking! (Hehehehe)

If anyone's wondering why I haven't been writing, it's because I forgot to pack my journal. I hope none of you have been waiting on me. Mum decided we should go camping. I seem to have also missed an official school camp! From the sounds of things, that wasn't exactly a bad thing, haha. On the other hand, it probably would have meant a lot less wandering around lost in the countryside.

Do they make braille maps? Mum's terrible with them.

I believe they do make braille maps, but I'm not sure how easy they are to carry around.

To answer your question, don't know if they do male Braille maps, but I'm sure it's possible. It might not work with Braille itself, but it might if each route had a different sort of sensation. I'll have to look into it later.

Do you remember anything about how that came about? Any idea what kind of hex would make make people act like that?

You're right. The nose is quite fragile, relatively speaking.

And I know that it happened during the food fight, but I've been talking with Captor and neither of us can say why we were fighting in the first place. All I remember is that I was very angry with him at the time. I'm not sure what sort of hex that might have been. Or if we were even hexed to begin with. Do you know much about hexes?

I'm not as up on the dark arts as a future auror ought to be, I have to say. I know some things. I could stand to know a lot more--but it's pretty clear something hex-y happened. It was worse than a jinx, but doesn't seem quite as extreme as a curse.

So something that would affect emotions... Sounds a bit like a perversion of a cheering charm. Hmm. How did the fight go down? Did everyone erupt, or did a few people start at each other and then things just spiraled out of control from there? It would be useful to know if it was something cast on individuals, or if it was cast on the area.

Some of the students were exhibiting strange behaviour. It ended in a fight in the cafeteria and there were some spells thrown around.

Haha, point in the area effect column. Yeah, I heard. Whatever caused this could be very dangerous in the wrong hands... Not quite as bad as it might be if it could affect reason as well as behavior, but still pretty bad...
