its a black ball filled with blue tinted water with a 20 sided die inside with things like "dont count on it" or "as i see it yes" written on the sides
you shake it around and then look into the little window on the top and the die will float up with one side showing so you can see what it says

I'm not sure he is, Maxim. He does seem very genuine as far as his psychic abilities go. Maybe he uses this 8 Ball to channel his precognition in the same way that we use our wands to channel magic.
