4th Cup of Coffee

Is it normal for cups of perfect Turkish coffee to appear when one isn't looking? Thank you to whoever took the time to do something so thoughtful ~~Maxim?~~, but I don't actually think we're allowed to have food or drink in the library. You're lucky I'll bend rules for coffee.

I really did mean what I said then, you know. I'm not really angry or surprised. Just hurt. You'd think he might have at least waited a little before he started cheating on me.

It's not like it's all his fault. And I really am sorry. I was being really stupid. I wasn't thinking at all.

Kissing and thinking are generally hard to do at the same time. It's okay. It really is. He's a very charismatic and attractive person, for all that he's an idiot.

I don't think it's anything worth holding a grudge over. We're fifteen, for the love of god, we're going to be stupid. Grandfather Carson says it's best to do stupid things while you can because when you're an adult people are far less forgiving.

Honestly at this point I'm starting to get used to it. I'd be more surprised if things weren't going weird, by this point.

If you want to visit my doors are certainly open! Mechanicsburg is a fairly large town, and between the Jaegers and the Heterodynes we're used to having guests. It would be nice to have a guest of my own for once?

Though of course I'll be working, so I understand if you don't want to spend most of the day in a coffeeshop.

Probably just that I'm not feeding him enough.

I'll definitely keep an eye on him and keep you posted, though. Maybe if we can figure out what's causing all this strangeness we can stop some of it.

It's a drink brewed from ground coffee beans, the variety of which determines the taste. You can put sugar or cream or honey in it to influence taste also.

A good cup, maybe. A mean cup, definitely. But perfect? No way.]

Because he'd definitely been avoiding Van, and he was really, really starting to miss him. It wasn't that he didn't want to acknowledge that he'd screwed up, because he did. He'd known and accepted the fact that he'd made a mistake the moment Greg broke him and Rapunzel apart. It was just... doing something about that mistake, instead of dropping it and letting it be in the past that was the hard part.]
