That's a brilliant idea! Specter would probably appreciate the opportunity to broadcast more of his insights and he really would be doung the school a great service because I'm sure that more people would actually pay attention to the announcements if he were doing them.

The only thing I can think of at the moment is the possibility that Specter might refuse, but the last time I spoke with him, he did say that he was looking for a new outlet, so I think that possibility is quite small.
