What Is Morality?

Morality. Must the ends of something justify the means? Is it morally acceptable to kill one to save many? Is killing wrong regardless of the outcome?

The line between right and wrong can be muddied rather easily.

All this talk about book privileges is boring, let's talk about something interesting.

Those children will find a way. Those children may well go to other homes and given better lives than they would have had, or they might have a hard life then write a best selling book and become well respected. There are many things that can happen based on this circumstance. And if not it is only a few sacrificed for the many.

And I still have not been given a reason I would be required to kill this person. It would help the scenario greatly.

I would choose one that is elderly. They will have lived their lives, that way the younger could have a full life.

Not to society as a large, but their potential for creating new value is less than that of someone with more life in front of them.

If they were doing their job they would have passed on their knowledge, giving the younger people time to find more knowledge.
