A point about his legs potentially getting cut off by magic.

His neck could get splinched too. Or an arm, you're the leg man, not me here.

And really, this is Sherlock. Not me, he tends to exhaust theories before putting into practise.

I picked legs at random; I could've just as easily picked an arm or neck, like you said. I just wanted to prove a point that he might lose something he's attached to if he's too cavalier about Apparating.

I so knew you were a legs man.

Also, picking a part of him wouldn't be the way to make him take something seriously. You have to use something he actually cares about.

Yeah, see, the thing with that is Jarvis is probably an old pro at Apparition. And also that chicken soup's not likely to react violently when jumbled.

Well I can either tell you, or let you feel the pride you get when figuring it out on your own. I'll give you a hint; it's obvious.

Hey, it is obvious. It's actually a really good hint for those who can see it.

Maybe I can't see the specifics, then, because I know he tolerates or even actually likes more people than he's willing to admit to. You get a pretty long list for someone who often insists that they're incapable of caring about anyone.

You might be being awfully generous about the hair-touching thing. If she's trying to punch you and incidentally touches your hair, I'm not sure it counts.

Difference is, we aren't flirting. I mean I can flirt with you if you really want. It could potentially get very messy, but if you want to know what it's like to flirt with me then maybe I should do the right thing and flirt?

She never aims for my head, mostly just the most never heavy parts of my arms and legs. I can easily say she is deliberately putting her fingers through my hair.

Hardly, It's Bruce that makes sure I'm eating, sleeping and not being a complete and total ass. And also checking for ticks I guess.
