I saw people looking at Galen, but come on. They would've said if somebody died. That means it was the Imperius Curse or the Cruciatus Curse. And being manipulative and torturing people are Azula's specialties.

I would not underestimate Galen's capacity to inflict pain on others. And we still have no way of knowing if this was cast on a person or not. There is still the possibility that the killing curse was cast on a pet or other animal.

Although I don't know Azula enough to know whether she would do the same.
