I shall be disappearing for much of the next week, as OWLS approach, so I thought I would let the more easily worried of you know. The library or the Common room is the best place to find me, but I might not be in the best of moods. I apologize in advance if I'm curt.

I'll be in the common room if you've need of me the night of the dance. I know it's quite important to some of you, but I really need to be packing that night. The trains from London to Nice have baggage limits and it'll take all my spells to make this trunk fit their specifications. Papa just had to send me a new one for Christmas.

Just shove everything in your trunk the next morning. That's what I do.

Amelia! I can't do that. I have to go home to Papa and he would notice a boy trailing after me. I would never hear the end of it.

Well you can leave him at the station. He only has to come most of the way.

And just out of of curiosity, is your train going to be on the muggle rail system?

Muggle rail and then muggle bus. It's not much different than the Hogwarts Express. Simply takes a little longer.

I might get dragged along to the dance if my friend has her way.
