Good morning students. I am Professor Coulson, and I'll be joining the staff at Hogwarts as a teacher; specifically, I'll be teaching the Griffindor and Hufflepuff students Defence against the Dark Arts.

Now, it's come to my attention that Professor Donaghue issued all of you homework over the summer? Griffindors and Hufflepuffs, this homework is not compulsory for you. There will be a light test awaiting you at the start of the second week of school though, so the choice is yours. Personally, I really recommend not cramming everything into the first week. Know the theory and practise your spells consistently.

You needn't hide your discomfort, Professor Donoghue. I do understand that I am a potential danger to the students and staff at Hogwarts. However, arrangements for a Wolfsbane Potion every full moon have already been made. I just thought that it would be polite to inform you.

I suppose it would be a logical conclusion to tell me, afterall, one of the potions teachers is mentally unstable. I would put my faith in Miss.Mercer, if I were you.

However, I understand what you're asking of me and I'll consider it my obligation to the school.

I'd think it wise to do so, to be perfectly honest. It would be unpleasant if we were ill informed and a situation arised.

[Because really, a crazy Potions Master is not something you want around you, especially when you're so dependant on having a very specific type of potion being prepared every month.]

Questionable sanity, doesn't play well with others and he's got that look about him. Lookin' like he's up to no good.

Maybe I'm just used to the old ways, y'know? Profilin' people who seem suspicious. [He sighs.] If he's a teacher, Dumbledore must trust him, but I don't.
