And here we are again.
The dratted cat has already run off somewhere. I think he does it on purpose. As certain as I am that he'll come back when he's hungry, if anyone sees a small Scottish fold, white with a brown patch over one eye and a brown tail, try and corner him and let me know where he is. He's kind of noisy.
Thanks.
And welcome to the Ravenclaws sharing our dorms for the week, I guess.

Well I should very much hope so, Bunny. Because if you didn't, then I'd be very concerned for your mental health.
So, about those horrible fish bubbles?

[He grins cockily, and steps back, holding out a hand to her]
Come on, let me show you.
no subject
I am not noisy thank you. It would be impolite.
[She straightens out her clothes, then puts Fern in her pocket.]
They better not have any buldgey eyes.

[He takes her hand, and kisses the back of it]
I shan't let any harm come to you.
no subject
Oh, Bunny. You are simply too suave for this world.

[He shoots a sunny smile her way and straightens up]
Come along, then.

[She smiles back at him and leans into him a little]
Well, lead the way, my dear knight.

[Still holding onto her hand he crosses to the back of the common room, ignoring any odd looks he gets on the way, and once they reach one of the darker back walls he quickly checks along a bookcase, before pulling one of the books]
The old clichés are always the best ones.
[He grins slightly as the bookcase jolts, shudders, then slides to one side, revealing a dimly lit tunnel behind it]
Do you still want to go?
no subject
Doesn't make them any less cheesy, Bunny.
[Victoria lets go of his hand and cuddles into his arm, resting her cheek on his shoulder.]
As long as my knight is there I can do it.
no subject
Heh, alright then, come on.
[With her hanging onto his arm he moves into the tunnel behind the bookcase. There are torches on the walls, though they're unlit, but even then it's certainly not dark. There's a ghostlike, greenish glow suffusing the corridor, filtering in through strange cracks running along the walls. At one time it looked as if it might have been a functional hallway, but it's long since fallen into disuse, and magic now seems to be the only thing stopping it from collapsing and flooding.
As they continue to walk, the cracks widen into large fissures, and every now and then large portions of the walls or ceiling have simply fallen away. It's like some kind of grotesque aquarium, and in the water visible through the 'windows' of magic holding it back, dark shapes and shadows can be made out, flitting about in the distance]
I don't know where this tunnel used to go. It's completely collapsed at the far end.

It's really small in here... Wait collapsed?!

[She anxiously tucks hair behind her ear.]

[Arthur stops, and turns to his cousin, taking her gently by the shoulders and looking her straight in the eye]
Victoria, I promise you, it's safe.
[He smiles warmly, cups her cheek, and kisses her forehead]
Trust me.
no subject
Well I think I can manage that. Just this once.
