Would it be possible if I could get allowance from any professor to host a tea party of some sort? I can easily supply the tea and snacks for everyone, but I just do not have the equipment and space to do so. I would be extremely grateful, honestly. It seems that stress and tension is already getting the better of us.
I'll be honest that I would also just like to be able to have a stress free environment for a few hours to converse with my fellows. If any professor could give me permission, thank you.

If I can get this approved, everyone is cordially invited. I will have basic house rules as I will be fairly unimpressed if any fighting is to occur.

I hope you all don't mind tea bags though. They're easier to have in mass and my tea leaves were not so very positive, so I think I rather swear off tea leaves for a little bit. Sometimes this branch of magic causes so much more grief than need be.

I have an extensive collection of tea, so it isn't a problem. You are free to bring your own tea, if you wish. My mother is very kind in that she will send me whatever I wish if I were to request anything.

It was fairly unsettling. I'm sure I could have gotten something worst, but bad omens are always something you don't want to get.
I like to think that my divination skills are fairly good, if not superb, so I don't know if I can write this off as just a fluke. Perhaps the day was feeling a bit morbid?

Many omens come to pass without really being a huge problem. It's likely that, while it is unsettling, it might just be as small as a bad day.
It's not intrusive at all! You are more than welcome to ask about it. I am always more than willing to speak about the Divination arts, since so many tend to disregard it or find it a foolish branch of magic.

That is correct. There are many ways, such as reading tea leaves or crystal ball gazing.
The most common one is usually crystal ball gazing. I do glance at my tea leaves, but it's not a form I particularly care for since it can be rather vague in their meanings. But I find that crystal ball gazing gives me the best results.
I think the ones that really come to me are dreams though. Dreams can be very telling at times. Visions and prophecies are possible, but they're very rare to me. I assume it might just be because I'm young or because they only come for important matters. I can't be so sure.

I probably had my first one before I realized what it was. I only became aware that what I was experiencing was what it was around ten? It's all very muddled, so I can't really say when the first one was. But taking Divination has made me acutely aware of what I possess.
I don't think there's a real way to distinguish them. It's more like you inwardly know. You just know that your dream means more than just your mind creating fantastical images while you sleep.

It's fine. At worst, I might need help decorating, but I don't plan on doing anything too over the top since this isn't meant to be anything too big.

Perhaps we just need time to calm down. While I feel like many of us are validated in our reactions, I also feel like we might be going over the top.
I trust Dumbledore will handle the situation well enough that we should not worry so much.
