Would it be possible if I could get allowance from any professor to host a tea party of some sort? I can easily supply the tea and snacks for everyone, but I just do not have the equipment and space to do so. I would be extremely grateful, honestly. It seems that stress and tension is already getting the better of us.
I'll be honest that I would also just like to be able to have a stress free environment for a few hours to converse with my fellows. If any professor could give me permission, thank you.

If I can get this approved, everyone is cordially invited. I will have basic house rules as I will be fairly unimpressed if any fighting is to occur.

I hope you all don't mind tea bags though. They're easier to have in mass and my tea leaves were not so very positive, so I think I rather swear off tea leaves for a little bit. Sometimes this branch of magic causes so much more grief than need be.

When do you plan on having your first meeting for Book Club? It might be likely that the date I actually consider for the tea party will occur later.

I WAS THINKING AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER, OR AT THE VERY LEAST NEXT WEEK.
I'VE BEEN DISTRACTED BY SOME OTHER THINGS.
I'M NOT SURE HOW WE'LL BE AFFECTED BY PROFESSOR DONOGHUE PLANNING HIS MARRIAGE TO PROFESSOR MATTERIS BUT WE'LL MAKE DO WITHOUT HIS PRESENCE IF NEED BE.

We will discuss the book in question during free time. The party is likely to be slotted for October so we can correlate with festivities.
I think we'll be fine without a professor. Unless we're dealing with very feisty novels.
