Oh God.
Why did I try out for the Quidditch team.
What genius persuaded me that would be a good idea.
You know who you are yes I'm looking at all of you.
Especially you professor.
I'm not naming names, you know which one you are.
And now I'm actually on the team and it's just hit me and
God.
I'm going to need a new broom.
Unless someone knows how to get rid of a particularly clingy Hurling Hex.
Actually I'd really appreciate it if someone did because I can't afford another bloody broom.

This whole thing has me a little on edge.
God knows I wouldn't have tried out if I didn't want to be on the team but now I find myself dreadfully nervous.

I can't think of any reasons why someone would want to sabotage us so early in the year, or why anyone would want to hurt you. I mean I know we're the house renowned for backstabbing but still...

That broom's been temperamental since I got it but it's never tried to throw me off before.
I'd say William did it - he always had an affinity for hexes - but I don't think even he'd try and get me killed.
Maybe it's just past its prime.

I mean, my broom's always been good to me but I guess it could be different for other people.
