Does anyone know about any transfiguration spells that can change your sex, and if yes, anyone have any information on how to reverse said spell?

I thought it would wear off with a night's sleep like some weaker spells but it didn't!

Your eyes glowing acid green wouldn't be a part of the spell, would it? I've seen that before. If you're trying not to draw attention to yourself you might want to cut that out.
