Congratulations on your second goat, Maxim!

Are you going to be performing the bezoar extractions with us tomorrow? I'll only be assisting with the extraction processes, since Zazzerpan is still recovering, but I'm very excited nonetheless!

Thank-you very much for the offer, but Professor Mercer was kind enough to give Zazzerpan and I an extension. And I really wouldn't want you to miss out on the extraction process. I'm sure it will be enlightening!

I suppose you're right about that. Especially since I'm already more familiar with goat vomit than I would probably like to be.

But this time, we'll be making them vomit in a controlled and productive manner.

[Inkblots]

I forgot to check.

I was rather preoccupied at the time because someone gave him pie and possibly rum and he was consequently quite ill, but I really should have checked for bezoars.

They can and do eat most things, but you're really not meant to give them alcohol. Because it is ultimately a poison and I don't think they have the mental fortitude for it.

I'm fairly sure it is a poison. It's a relatively benign poison, but a poison nonetheless.

Either way, it definitely shouldn't be given to goats.

I don't think that's the case. In fact, I'm fairly sure its toxicity is what causes the debilitating effects, although I think some people many have built up a sort of immunity.

I can't say I'm sure though. I haven't really studied this myself.
