If we're talking a8out literal cats, the majority 8elongs to Professor Vantas-Leijon. They are quite a cute 8unch yes.

i should havwe knovwn you lot probably vwouldnt knowv vwhat i vwas meaning. im more so meaning the general populace of this school, and not felines.
once youvwe livwed there all your life, its history becomes old nevws quick, plus ivwe myself other interests that greece simply doesnt accommodate.

Oh I considered the possi8ility of it 8eing a reference to the 50's American culture 8ut I wasn't entirely sure. It can 8e fairly rare to get pop culture references here, when so many students are pure8loods and have no grasp of Muggle culture.
