For those of you not in Ravenclaw and kept saying this day would never arrive.

It did, it started over Easter and now I can proudly say that I have almost completely grown in a moustache.

And you know what, I really make this look good.

[To be fair, it still looks a little whimpy, but there's no mistaking it's moustachiness.]

For a guy who likes pointing out the 'obvious' details in others. Cuts kind of deep when other people do it back, doesn't it?

Okay, so that's a probability. But you're still a whole lot less annoying when you've spent time around him even as a friend going off on one of your weird adventure hunts for dead bugs or whatever you drag him off to look for.

Okay. That's a good point, but then again, we all know it's obvious that John doesn't hate the idea of kissing you.

Especially he actually offered to kiss you again when you offered up that stupid kissing study.

The kissing study provided excellent results, thank you. And John hypothetically offered to kiss me instead. He was rather offended by my experiment and would have rathered a kiss than my scientific whoring. He was just being stupidly selfless.

"He was offended by my experiment" Well, so, then he's pissed that you'd rather kiss a bunch of random people instead of just him?

Because that's what I'm reading here.

John just didn't like the idea of involving five people if one would do.

Not much of a scientific process if you're only testing it out on him now. Even he should know that.

I'm not going to explain the parameters to you but it would only have taken John specifically as the one person. I did, however, explain it to him and that is why he hypothetically inquired.

Just the other facts persented to you

You don't see me and John. You see me and how I react to John and because you are a decent person, you want to encourage healthy attachments by insisting there is possibility rather than futility. I'm not ignoring you or in denial, I am just capable of seeing through your underlying intent.

What underlying intent, other than getting some peace and quiet?

Right. I forgot.

Hey look, you're my friend, you're good at the violin. But unless you start belting out some improv jazz instead of the same song over and over again. I'm going to want some quiet.

It's interesting how if I call you out on actually caring, you retaliate with insults. Are you really that ashamed of being a decent human being?
