[Okay, Gamzee has to stop and consider that, because what other way is there to like someone? Then he kind of realizes what Eridan is getting at, and isn't really sure what to say. No, he certainly hadn't been trying to make Eridan his boyfriend, no matter what the other Slytherin thought, he'd had no plans to get the Greek at home and have his wicked way with him. But he hadn't been lying either - he does like Eridan, and there are definitely some people he wouldn't make out with, even when drunk.

And there's something to be said for someone who doesn't seem embarrassed or freaked out by what they'd done. Well, okay, sure, at first Eridan had been. But now he seems to think it's kind of all right and not all that bad and maybe something he'd like to do again? Which is far and away better than any other reaction he's gotten to impromptu makeout sessions with his friends. In fact, it makes him feel kind of warm and wiggly inside, and that's so nice. To maybe, for once, be wanted even when the other person isn't drunk or trying to learn how to kiss for a girlfriend.]

[It's still a little freaky for Eridan. There are things he hasn't considered, not like that, and then it just happened and he didn't know what he ought to feel about it. But beyond concerns over boys vs. girls, for what feels like the first time there is someone who is genuinely interested in him, and Gamzee has always been his friend.]

[And there will be a too-tall Slytherin third year there shortly. Gamzee doesn't look nervous, because he never really looks nervous, but there's definitely a certain tension there that isn't usually present in the older boy. Not a bad kind, just ... he's never really been in a position where he could actually not only say something about how he feels, but maybe even have those feelings returned. At least a little.

Still, he smiles when he sees his smaller Housemate.]

Hey, motherfucker.

[Eridan has been sitting at the steps up along the tower, fiddling with things. His sleeves, the fall of his pants, the knot of his tie and even once or twice his hair, making sure it is all in place. He doesn't know what the fuck he's going to say to Gamzee. By the time he shows up Eridan is twitchy with nervousness, his face breaking into a hesitant grin with his cheeks awkwardly flushed.]

Was startin' to think you weren't goin' to show.

[The older boy slouches over, and sprawls on the steps next to Eridan, his long legs stretched out in front of him, and leaning back on one elbow as he half turns his body to face the other Slytherin.]

Like I got me anything else half so miraculous to be doing as getting my narrow arse up here to be seeing you.

[Oh man he's really close. Get it together, Eridan, this is your big chance and don't you fuck it up.]

Right. So if I'm gettin' this right, you're fully fuckin' interested in havin' somethin' would me along the lines a' physical and romantic. Does that sound like an accurate summation a' the proceedings?

[Gamzee just stares at him, blinking, for a long few moments, and then his face animates with sudden understanding. Maybe.]

If you're asking if maybe a motherfucker wants to get his mack on with a bro, and maybe, you know, have some kind of motherfuckin' relationship what where two motherfuckers is all special to each other, then yeah! My pan is all up in the interest zone!

[This is the first time in his life this has ever happened to him, not counting the disaster that was Vriska Serket.]

[Well, clearly that's an invitation to lean in, frame Eridan's face in his hands, and kiss him? Because Gamzee is sure as hell taking it that way, his lips pressing to the younger boy's eagerly. He so, so desperately wants to be special to someone, and Eridan's reaction is just making him all warm and fluid and dizzy inside, like something's bubbling up through his body. No one has ever told him anything he did was fantastic, either, and that just makes him want to climb on top of the other boy then and there. He's not drunk this time, though, so he holds back.]

[It's a good thing that he does. Eridan's first response is to freeze in surprise, and then go all funny and melty into it. His hands sort of fist awkward in Gamzee's clothes, tugging at them without really knowing why or what to do with that, and he's shocked at how warm somebody's hands feel against his face, and how soft Gamzee's lips are and the way he can feel his breath right to the side of his nose and and and]

[And then Gamzee adds tongue, because that's what you do when you're kissing, right? Well, it's what the Slytherin usually does, anyway, and his fingers push up into the hair on either side of the smaller boy's head as he licks into Eridan's mouth, just an exploratory little foray into deeper kissing.

It's so ... nice. Really, really nice, the way the other Slytherin's hands are in his clothes and he's kissing back and there's no confusion, just something really sweet and damn, is this what it's like to kiss when he's not drunk?]

[Eridan doesn't have the slightest idea what you do when you're kissing. But he vaguely remembers this, and that's enough to quiet the surprised almost-moan when he feels Gamzee's tongue breach past his lips, poking his own back experimentally. On another day he might have broken away to bitch about his hair getting ruined, but not today.

Mentally he tries to keep himself focused, but he keeps getting lost in little moments that surprise him. The way he can feel the individual strands of his hair stir. The way he's hyper aware of his heart pounding in his chest and in his ears, and the way that if he presses his hands forward he can feel Gamzee's heart through his clothes. Maybe there's something to be said for miracles after all?

That is a dumb thought and he instantly thinks so, even though it really is nice. Nicer than things have been for him in awhile.]

[Gamzee's kisses are sloppy and deep and sweet. He may have done this a few more times than Eridan, but that doesn't mean he's super practiced at it. Still, he seems to have a definite idea of what he's doing and what he wants, and as their tongues tangle messily, one hand slides down to wrap around the smaller boy's waist while the older Slytherin scoots his own long body closer.

It's with a kind of surprised regret that he pulls back briefly when he has to breathe, his dark eyes half-lidded as he stares into Eridan's face for only inches away.]

[In contrast, Eridan's eyes have gone big and surprised, like he can't really believe there's an arm wrapped around his waste and somebody this close in his space. He even leans back into it, like he needs more perspective, needs to test that it's really there holding him to Gamzee.]

Holy fuck. [He's shocked to find that he's breathing so hard, and that his mouth feels so wet. And that that was really, really good.]

[Gamzee's arm tightens briefly as Eridan leans back, like he doesn't want him moving away, and his own cheeks are flushed a light pink.]

Damn, [he says again] ain't you got the prettiest motherfuckin' eyes?

[Had he ever noticed that before? He's not sure, but he sure is noticing now. Maybe all his ideas aren't bad ones, because the look on Eridan's face right now is doing all sorts of warm and squashy things to his stomach. So he kisses the younger boy again, because what else is there to do in this sort of situation?]

What- [He manages to get out, before his mouth is occupied again with his lips all squished up in the middle of making words, and damn if that isn't awkward. Eridan struggles to get reoriented and find a way to press back, clumsy and almost shivering with the way he can feel little prickles climbing up his spine and through his hair, conscious of being actively wanted and admired in a way that makes him acutely aware of his skin and where Gamzee touches him.

After a few more seconds he shifts, sliding his arms loosely around Gamzee's neck because holding his clothes was getting in the way of being held, and he thinks he maybe likes that better than feeling Gamzee's heart beneath his hands. Maybe.]

[And that's a whole new kind of feeling, too, being held onto like that. Gamzee starts trying to pull Eridan practically into his lap as they kiss, which is also pretty damn awkward, but the older boy just wants to get closer. He's feeling a stiffening in the loose, baggy fabric of his pants, and while he's seen way more than his fair share of pornography, he's not exactly going to just dive in and try to get Eridan to suck it. He's had his fantasies, but this is different, this is his actual friend-who-might-be-more-soon kissing him on the steps of the Astronomy Tower and he deserves a little motherfuckin' consideration, and also Gamzee thinks he might explode if the other Slytherin's mouth serious got near his dick.

[Less than dignified, he goes, wiggling himself up there without the slightest clue of what Gamzee's thinking about. Eridan wouldn't even know what to say if he were asked- kissing, holding, that he could do, but full on dick contact might be another matter entirely, one that made his insides all tight with nerves and maybe anticipation when he had ruminated on it before.

Still by the time he's there, trying to perch himself on Gamzee's thighs, he's forgotten about any kinds of anxiety about it, wrapping his arms tighter around his neck and starting to press forward into all those kisses, making them harder than sweet.]

[The older boy's arms go around Eridan's waist, pulling him so their bodies are flush together as they kiss, one hand resting lightly on the other Slytherin's ass, which is- heh. Gamzee doesn't squeeze or anything, but he sure is aware of where that hand is sitting.

He tries to answer his friend's harder kisses by opening his mouth further, sucking on the other boy's tongue, but this whole making out thing is still a work in progress. A very, very enjoyable work in progress, which is made quite obvious not only from the low noises Gamzee's making into Eridan's mouth, but by the lump that's pressed up against one of the younger boy's thighs.]

[Eridan doesn't even hardly notice. Well, somewhere in the back of his mind, he does, but he's more concerned with the way Gamzee's sucking on his tongue, which is making all sorts of little explosions go off in his stomach, and the way he can get great big handfuls of his hair and tug on them. And also, he's far more interested in that hand, where it sits on his ass, and he wonders just what he's going to do with it.

It's totally sloppy, and he hopes he's not getting spit everywhere, although his lips feel kind of wet. But with Gamzee making those noises he's not about to stop pressing forward, feeling very, thoroughly sexy. Finally somebody appreciates him- somebody older and more experienced, even.]
