What the hell was all of that about? I get off work and come back to a whole bunch of nonsense on my journal! My younger sisters were just about to read that ridiculous entry; I just managed to grab it out of their hands. Are you lot trying to get me in trouble with my mum and dad!?
Bloody hell, learn some common sense!

Right.
[You can practically see his raised eyebrows in his words.]
Well, I'm glad you're taking some responsibility. A bit never hurt anyone, and it might knock the stupid out of you.
How's your hols been, apart from this mess? Are you going to be coming over for the Quidditch World Cup?

Somehow I'm not surprised.Yes, I'm a bloody comedian. I do stand up comedies at the local pub for tips. Glad to know I'm doing a good job even when I'm off my shift.
Most of the wizarding boys here are keen on it. Tension and pressure's thick in the air; even the Muggles feel it, but they put it down to the Olympics-It's the giant Muggle sports event they're having in London. The UK aren't doing too badly in that one, we're third in gold medals, behind China and the Yanks.

thats what you get for suggesting that someday i will stop being stupid darling (◡‿◡✿)
yeah we have it playing on the tely in the brew hall its cause a fair few fights which is always great weve got a nice share of golds too i think thats part of why im not sure about going mamma might need me to watch the counter now and then

You've got a telly? That's a surprise; most pure-bloods wouldn't know the difference between the telly and the telephone.
I'm not going for the Quidditch World Cup finals either. Mum's working extra shifts, and so is Dad, so I've got to babysit the twins. I don't have the cash for a ticket anyway. Still, if you're up in London by any chance, give me a holler, so long as you promise to keep things decent around my sisters.

we cant not have a tely we get muggles in there im related to almost all of the magical folk that go there not to mention all the muggles married into the clan so we sort of have to keep up just to keep up appearances i even have a mobile tho it really doesnt do me much good but i like taking pictures with it
i promise i will at least wear pants

I'm more for football and boxing. Was a shame our boys didn't get into the finals for football, I thought they had a decent chance at a few points, but they blew it.

boxing is all right though i much prefer wrestling and mixed martials rugby too footy is a bit too clean for my tastes its much more fun to get down and dirty and beat the stuffing out of your fellow man
no subject
[He may have punctured a small hole with his quill for that one.]
Well some people don't find it very fun to beat the stuffing out of your fellow man. Boxing's different. It's a sport between gentlemen, with its own rules and moral code. In boxing you fight fair and square.

[So worth it, he is laughing so much]
your so cute when you try to take the high ground it doesnt matter if theirs rules or not youre still beating the snot out of someone a broken nose is a broke nose no matter how you got it
no subject
Boxing isn't just about beating some other bloke up! It's about skill, determination, a passion to excel. It takes precision, speed, strength, agility, tactics; it's not just some rough bar brawl when footballs showing and some drunken idiots get too upset when they're favourite team doesn't win!
no subject
yes but that doesnt change what your doing greg im sorry but your sport is still about beating up other people and having been in a few drunken bar brawls i can tell you you need all the same things especially when the other guy is drunk
no subject
God Maxim, boxing is not the same as a bar brawl! Boxing is meant to test people's mettle, see how far they can push themselves. It's got it's own set of rules and boxers honour them, as well as each other. It is not the same as socking someone in the jaw just because Liverpool missed a penalty at the 89th minute!
