So... Has anyone else noticed some... uh, well, weird things going on, because um. There are some pretty weird things going on right now. Like a lot of weird things.

Right, anyway.

Why do we bake 'cookies' and cook bacon? I mean, come on, you think we could have named things better here.

[Someone might be a bit hungry also.]

What's that phrase? Can't stop, won't stop? I'm sorry, Peter, but much like Arthur, you're stuck with me for the rest of your life. And now, I can do this.

[And then he rises up through the floor of the Ravenclaw dorms, arms spread and face tilted back to the sky]

[Because, you know, he has to do everything the dramatic way]

[There's a loud thud as Peter nearly jumps out of his skin, accidentally flinging a sleeping Pillow out of his lap and onto the floor.]

Oh my god. Are you really going to spend your time haunting me?

[Gigglesnerk. Gosh, startling people really is so satisfying]

Oh no no no, Peter! Not all of it, at any rate. I have too many irons on the fire to spend all my time on you alone. But I do certainly intend to dedicate enough time to drive you absolutely mad!

Not going to happen.

Yes, that's what I thought when I wished I was dead, and look where that got me.

You wished you were dead?

[Pauses, looking up at the ceiling very sheepishly] Well... yes, kind of.

Wait, so you wished it? And then it happened?

[He seems to perk up at this.]

Not on purpose! I'm not even sure if it's related yet!

I wished that I- why am I even telling you nevermind! Just fact is it happened!

[Hes going to flop around on his bed before settling to drown his irritation in his pillow]

[he's just going to raise an eyebrow and then hover over Peter.]

[Over him, as in lay on his side directly beside him, staring straight at his head]

Because I am dead and not likely to judge you?

[He doesn't even look at the other, the closer voice told him that he was way too close into his personal space bubble. Instead, he grabbed his pillow and pulled it over his head, throwing his arms straight up so they were over it.]

I might have wished I could have kissed someone and did it, I don't know how I got the courage. I just did...

Awwww... that's very cute. [he coos, pressing his hands to his face] Little Peter Parker has a girlfriend~ Who's the lucky girl? Your cat?

[He tenses, growling from under his pillow in frustration]

No! And it doesn't matter, okay!

[Pause]

Does that mean she's my girlfriend? Is that what that means?

[teeheehee!]

Usually, that is what kissing means, Peter. Although I suppose it does depend largely on her reaction to the kiss. Did she slap you, or kiss you back?

[He blindly squirms away from Eriq, resting precariously on the edge of his bed.]

She kissed me back... But I mean... What if she was just being nice or something. I mean, I wouldn't slap someone if they kissed me and I didn't want to kiss them. Do people actually do that?

[Just gonna float closer then]

You're asking me? I only just started kissing people like a month ago.

[pauses] I'm going to miss that.

Anyway, I think if she kissed back, that usually means she's not opposed to the idea. Even if she isn't the kind to slap, I imagine she would have pulled away and made a small fuss if she didn't like it. So. Congratulations, Peter. You have a girlfriend!

No, don't say that! I don't know if that's what it is, I've never. You, uh, really think that counts?

[He groans and kicks his feet.]

What if I assume that and then that's not what she wants and, cripes this is something I've never dealt with.

[siiiiiigh]

Do you want me to ask her for you? Seriously, if you can't do it yourself, I'll just slip her a note that says "Do u like Peter Park y/n circle 1" and call it a day.

[He pulls his head from under his pillow and rests it on it, looking at Eriq with a pout, brown eyes watching the other.]

No. She called me cute and we hung out and she, she's really amazing. And I'm really, uh, well, not. And what if she doesn't mean it, or regrets it or something?

[See his eyebrows, Peter? No, no you don't. Because they've just arched so far, they made it up to his hairline]

Peter, you're adorable and witty and smart. Stop being stupid.

Uuugh.

[he presses his face back down into his pillow.]

She's amazing though.

[ghostly prodding] If she's so awesome, she must have awesome taste then, don't you think?

[He's gonna swat blindly at him.]

Yeah, which means she wouldn't like me.
