I'm can't wait for school to start again. When I'm home, Mother worries so much, even though I tell her I've been perfectly safe at school. I know she means well, of course, but I'm getting bored.

I was wondering if anyone would like me to make them something! That would be a nice way to pass time. I draw and make candles and pottery and knit and sew and, well, all sorts of things!

very carefully theres a lot of chances where you can burn yourself with the lye and the oils or inhale fumes so im sort of not surprised your mamma wouldnt let you do it if shes over protective like that i know i burnt myself with lye a lot before i got good at handling it

it also smells really really bad at first

but first you add lye to water (its important to do it that way, too, or it kind of explodes because it gets really hot really fast)
then you heat up your oil (mamma uses olive oil and coconut oil) to about 36c and when the oil and lye are the same temperature, you pour them together
you can add fragrence oils and stuff at this point so do that if you want
and then wait for 24 hours until it cools
and then you have soap!

Well... That's really very sweet, Maxim, but I'm fine. It's not like she has me locked up, it's just... Complicated.

but how are you going to see the world have adventures and learn things if you cant go anywhere? my mamma always says the best way to learn something is to do it yourself

Well.... That's true. But I do think that once I'm an adult and out of Hogwarts, Mother will know she can let me have more freedom.

could put ground hazelnut shells in the roses it makes it gritty but its good for exfoliating your skin coffee grounds are good for that too but i dont think you want to smell like that

something purple and maybe something yellow you can pick the smells i like them all :)

its kind of a boy smell anyway i think or maybe i just think its a boy smell becaus thats what van always smells like

it takes some getting used to i didnt like it either but i swear its all van drinks we could drain his body of all his blood and replace it with coffee and hed never know the difference

sort of i dont know if it works so well anymore but since sometimes im sent to fetch him and have to drag him out of the coffeeshop just to get him to go home you just never know

i think he just dislikes sleep

yeah i just worry that hes going to wear himself out his family has been doing these things for generations so i know he can handle it but sometimes a person needs to recharge in a way that doesnt involve coffee you know

yes i was kind of involved with that not as much as gamzee and shinra since i was sort of busy when they started but us talking was what started it
its okay tho i dont mind being trouble
