Five ♒

Now that school is nearly back in session, I have a question for the Ravenclaw and Slytherin students taking my class. I'd noticed a couple of you were going above and beyond expectations, but I'd also noticed quite a few of you failing to meet the standards set for you. As such, I am offering an hour long extension class for ALL years twice a week in which we will cover old topics more thoroughly and begin to study new things ahead of the usual regime.

These classes will, of course, benefit your grades. So if you are unhappy with your marks or looking for extra lessons, I would consider signing up here.

If it is of any interest, these lessons will also include swimming lessons and you do not need to be in my class to attend those. You will not be doing a repeat of camp, so be sure to bring actual swimming clothes if you attend. You may sign up here, and yes, we will be joining the squid in the lake. Even if you are capable of swimming, I am able to assist you with your form and speed.

Mr.Banner. Given the amount of classes you've missed, these classes will be mandatory and they will include practicals.

Yes, I have 8een often told that. It is something I need to work on, 8eing more concise that is.

...Then you are also Feferi's father, correct? And yes, I will be the uttermost careful with this information. A Serket can keep a secret.

Some people find it annoying that I do not get to the point quickly. Meenah for one.

I'm sure I've heard of rare cases of different men fathering twins. 8ut yes, I suppose that was a silly question, when the answer is o8vious.

...Is she still 8eing stu88orn and not talking to you?

She can 8e. 8Ut she can also 8e easy to amuse. She's a very temperamental house.

I know. You, yourself, just confirmed that it wasn't after all.

She's very resistant to change unfortunately. She's still adjusting to her mother 8eing more around these days. Sometimes I think she used to see Gloria as her mother, and not Professor Piexes. 8ut I'd 8e glad to talk to her professor. Sometimes she'll listen to me, if I can catch her in the right mood and make it concise enough.

It wouldn't work anyway, if she's so set on not getting along with you. You could try using some fish puns though, they generally get her in a 8etta mood.

And yes that was an intentional misspelling, as an example of what I mean by fishpuns.

It's fine Professor. Even if she doesn't listen to me it's 8etter have tried than never made any form of attempt.

I could write you a list. Some aren't so hard. And Meenah tends to stretch words to make a pun so I doubt anything you create could be worse.

Your welcome. And yes, you're right there, but perhaps I can help sway her mind a bit sooner than expected.

Well… may8e at first. 8ut she’ll come around.

It’s fine Professor. I’ll see what I can do then.

My pleasure, Professor.
