Prim saved up her allowance and bought this for me for my birthday. She thinks I should make some more friends and talk to people.

I might just use this to put all of my herbology information though, it's more practical that way. If people want to talk to me they can just find me and do it face to face.

So far I've just seen other girls crying about their make up disappearing and Dragon eggs, I hope it's not always like this.

Telling Madame Pomfrey I got a black eye in a pillow fight is kind of awkward. I don't really see how it's helping to "toughen me up".

I think four years' worth of students just transferred here.

I'm not sure why they would want to transfer at this point in the year.
Or why so many of them would transfer at the same time.
Did something happen at one of the other schools?
