So I finished reading the new books Dad bought for the family library and now I'm bored... Dad's agreed to let me buy more but Mom made him promise I have to get some... novels. What's wrong with enjoying reading about science and magic anyway?

Yeah... So could anyone suggest me some books that might be fun to read?

I am so happy to be home. It's a shame that we can't bring our own beds to Hogwarts.

Mother wants Link and myself to work at the radio station this summer, but I told her we need to at least take a trip.

I think I left my homework list at the train station. Oh well.

Why do we need a week for exams? Shouldn't one day be enough? This year is almost done though, and I can relax at home and take trips to places where there is sun. Mother wants me to do her radio show this summer too. It's going to be very busy.

I was going to start packing today, but I need to pick a dress for the dance still. I have all my acceptable choices spread out over my dorm room. It's year end, so I can't wear any old thing.

I had to cut class today to order all new makeup. I can't believe that someone would do something so horrible to all the girls in the school.

It's like breaking all the broomsticks in half for those Quidditch people.

As it happens, I don't know WHO needed my entire stock of lippy, lip gloss, foundation, concealer, blush, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, highlighter, eye glitter, and bronzer, but I guess now you have it.

Amber, how would you like to divide up the care time of the egg? It can't be left alone so I figured we should probably come up with some kind of schedule and then meet up a few times a day to take care of it together.
I've made a pouch for it that has little inserts that you can enchant to help keep it warm as well!

How are everyone else's dragon eggs coming along?

Is it summer break yet? I really need to know so I can make a packing schedule and get my mind off of all this studying. How many more tests do we really need?

I can't wait to get out of here and go back home. I know my Cat wants to get out of here. Poor Duchess Matilda Francesca von Tussle, she hates it here. She doesn't get a mini house here for herself.

It is such a relief to be out of the school grounds. Now that it's Easter break, I can get the smell of old bricks out of my dresses.

Link and I are off to Spain for the holiday. It'll be our first trip without our mothers dictating everything we do.

All I can say is, I'm glad neither of my parents decided to get a job here. Especially because oh, guess what? They're getting a divorce. That was the best thing to find out on parents day. Show them around, have dinner, get a bomb dropped in your face all in the same day. My dad cheated on my mom. God, men suck. I mean, why? Why can't they just be faithful, why even be with someone if you're going to cheat on them? Just get a cheap hooker if that's all you're after. I was gonna go home for Easter but now...screw it.

Not that there aren't enough freaks here already.

I told Mother not to come, it's not like I'm a first year anymore. I did send her a gift for Mothering Sunday though. A trip to a spa, that way she can work on those tiny wrinkles.

I owled my Mother as soon as I heard about this whole Unforgivable curse issue. I don't know which one was used, but they're all the same. Yeah they let Aurors use them during the war, but students aren't Aurors.

To whomever cast the curse, way to ruin the weekend. I hope they give you the Dementors Kiss in Azkaban.

Students and staff, I regret to inform you that we have a serious predicament on our hands.

I recieved word from the Ministry today that there has been a report of the use of an Unforgivable Curse by a minor, within the Hogwarts grounds.

While we do not yet know the identity of the individual that cast the curse, I can assure you that we will be doing everything we can to discover them, and anyone who may have had a hand in the affair. The safety of my students is my utmost concern.

Until the culprit or culprits are caught, I must insist that students take great care in the corridors. You shall be accompanied to and from classes by your professors, and I would ask that any free time is spent in your respective common rooms, rather than roaming the castle. Prefects, I must ask you your cooperation as well, to see that these rules are upheld.

I am truly sorry that such a thing should happen during what should be a time of peace and celebration.

I would like to request all staff members meet in my office at your earliest convenience.

To get to the short and the short of it, as a public service Cas and I have decided to host a SNOGGING PARTY. It is this thing where you show up, grab a number and get snogging! Don't have a snoggee? WELL, you could prepare for a life all aloney on your owney and become a Buddhist monk, or ~~if you look naff in orange~~ you could meet one there! It will be fabby and marvy and also double cool with knobs on.

And because we know that some of you spend all of your days doing daft things like Arithmancy homework and have never used your gobs for anything other than shoveling food in them, we have provided a scale for you to research beforehand:

I call shenanigans on the Quidditch game. Obviously, Ravenclaw cheated. They used performance enhancing potions to win. There's no other way they could've beat Slytherin.

There's a Quidditch match soon and I'm just glad that we're not playing Gryffindor. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for bashing on the red and yellow, but it's annoying when Quidditch is involved.

I'm looking forward to graduating and not having to deal with Quidditch.

Oh and also calls'em real ugly names! I ain't gonna mention any names, but god he is a real big butt! You shouldn't even think about joinin his stupid Quidditch team! He'd probably steal your girlfriend! Or boyfriend- wait, no. Nah, I don't think he swings that way. But if he did, I bet he'd do that! So this is just a warnin', y'all should just stay away from him.

Oh and Puck I want that broomstick kit I got ya for Christmas back! After what ya did, I don't believe ya deserve to have your broom serviced! So give it back, cuz it cost a lot!
